  Attirée par la couleur depuis l'enfance, elle se met sérieusement à la peinture dès la fin des années 40. Elle fait d'abord partie de l'atelier de Berthe MACKIEWICZ à Amiens, où elle s'initie à l'aquarelle, puis à l'huile. Elle travaille ensuite, toujours d'après nature, avec le paysagiste picard : Felix NIAUT. Recommandée par son maître, elle est admise au Salon des Artistes Indépendants de Paris où elle entre comme Sociétaire et expose au Grand Palais. Classée "expressionniste", elle participe à de nombreuses expositions en France et à l'étranger : Belgique, Italie, Canada, USA (obtient différents prix, diplômes, médailles d'or...).
Passionnée par la peinture, elle se consacre à son art et transmet ses connaissances aux autres en fondant un atelier. Son nom paraît dans "L'Annuaire National des Beaux-Arts" ainsi qu'à "Drouot-Cotation".

Attracted by color since childhood, she started to paint seriously in the late 1940's. She began in Amiens, in the studio of Berthe MACKIEWICZ. There she was initiated in watercolouring, and then, oil-painting. Subsequently always working with nature studies, she worked with the landscape artist, Felix NIAUT, of Picardy. Recommanded by her master, she was admitted to the "Salon des Artistes Indépendants de Paris". As a member of that society she exhibited her work in the "Grand Palais" in Paris.
Classed as an expressionist, she has participated in numerous exhibitions, in France and abroad; Belgium, Italy, Canada, U.S.A. (winning prizes, diplomas, and gold medals).
Passionate about painting. Devoted to art, she transmits her knowledge to others by the foundation of a studio. Her name is inscribed in the annals of "L'Annuaire National des Beaux-Arts", and in the "Drouot Cotation".
